Aside from asbestos-related cases, I have handled and/or tried to verdict a wide assortment of matters that included: attempted murder, felony drug cases, sexual assault, numerous misdemeanor criminal cases, a large number of real estate and construction defect cases, tax cases, copyright cases, medical malpractice (three to verdict), insurance coverage, insurance bad faith cases (one to verdict), sexual harassment (two to verdict), business defamation (one to verdict), and gender and disability employment discrimination cases (two to verdict).
I have litigated and/or tried significant cases to verdict in California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, Hawaii, and Arizona. I have successfully represented two veterans who were mesothelioma victims before the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims in Washington, D.C.
