About Stephen Healy
Hello. My name is Stephen Healy, and I have been practicing law since 1988. I began working for people suffering from mesothelioma in 1999, handling over 50 jury trials in multiple states on behalf of those diagnosed with mesothelioma.
I began my trusts and estates law practice in 2018. Many of my clients have suffered from mesothelioma or their survivors, who have specific needs that many other injury attorneys are simply not equipped to handle. In 2020, I took my trusts and estates law practice online due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Today, I find most of my clients prefer the convenience and safety of virtual meetings with their attorney.
I am 61 years old, and I have been practicing law for 34 years. I am licensed to practice law in California, the District of Columbia, Nevada, and Oregon. I also help military veterans seeking service-connected disability benefits, and I am specially licensed by the United States
Department of Veterans Affairs to do that work. I have achieved more than $30 million in verdicts for my clients and more than that in pretrial settlements.
